Good afternoon — the masonry face at 412 Rowan Street is ready for the Masonry Brick & Mortar special inspection under BC 1705.4. Requesting a site visit this week, preferably Thursday, July 17, 9:00 am.

Scope to inspect: mortar mix (ASTM C270 Type N, sample panel approved), brick match against existing, and header course on floors 14-15, North elevation. Shoring and protection installed and verified.

CC to Dana Whitmore, PE (RDP) for the record. Confirming access via the sidewalk shed, Rowan St entrance.
